Hello! MintyMiDraws here; I'm a part-time retail worker and a digital artist during my days off from work. TERMS OF SERVICE
After details are discussed with me in private, payment will be required upfront before I begin. An invoice will be sent.
Refunds and major edits are not allowed after the artwork is completed.
2 free small edits (i.e. color changes) will be allowed after the commission is complete. Any more requested changes from then on will cost money.
HOWEVER: if I happen to take way too long to complete an order (1 month+ from the time I start on your order), a full or partial refund may be requested. (Full refund if I haven't even started working on your art; partial refund if I have worked on it to some extent.)Work-in-progress shots (WIPs) will be sent regularly throughout the process. During this time if there are anything you want me to edit in the drawing please let me know.Avg. turnaround rate: 1 week from time of starting on the drawing
Please do not rush me, I work two jobs IRL
and I cannot be at my computer 24/7.
I only draw on my days off from work.
GAURANTEED DAYS OFF: Monday, TuesdayI reserve the right to reject a request for any reason, including but not limited to the following:- Unreasonable time constraints or deadlines
- Poor communication with the client
- Unnecessary rude behavior
- Overly demanding customers
- My lack of interest in the commission request
- Requests for inappropriate, derogatory, racist, sexist, homophobic or other offensive contentI do not work off of written description for OCs/original characters. Visual references such as screencaps, artwork, reference sheets, etc are much preferred for a more accurate representation of your character.All commissioned artwork is for personal non-commercial use only for either the commissioner or if the art is a gift, for the owner of the OC/original character. You MUST credit me as the artist if you wish to use it for anything (i.e. profile picture, banner, etc)Otherwise, you are NOT allowed to repost, edit, copy, trace, heavily reference, sell, or tokenize my artwork in any way, shape, or form.I do NOT give consent to have my artwork be used to train AI.
